Literature Text

Shoddy dragon,
Misbegotten flea,
Take your negativities,
Far away from me.

“I’ll not have you sitting there,
All aflutter without a care,
For to feed, I must put on airs,
And strike every day, everywhere.”

The pessimism is not amiss,
When he chortles and tells me things like this:
“Oh dear, don’t you wish,
These scales would rot, and I’d perish?

But fear not, for I am galvanized steel,
With razours under my flesh, surreal,
And all too real,
And every day you will feel,
My dedication and my zeal.”

Occasionally, he tides away,
But comes again another day,
Like an Ekimu on my back to stay,
The curse that never gives a say.

“You’re no good, and your noise annoys,
Just like these other broken-down toys,
You’re pathetic, and only know to destroy,
Like a serpent lifted and poised,
To poison the life of good girls and boys.”

Oh shut it, and to hell with your rhymes,
I’m sick of your tongue, and it’s inhuman crimes,
And when it comes down to it, in these times,
Your words never actually matter at the end of these lines.
I will eventually post the art of the Flea Dragon, but he seems to be a representation of the voice of negativity, pessimism, and insecurity that fluctuates within.

Fuck you Flea Dragon. I HAVE TRIFEXIS MAXIMUM FOR YOUR ASS.

Luckily/(unluckily?) my moods rapidly swing, so I'm good after maybe five-ten minutes.
