Donnie typically likes to start shit, and I don't mean the harmless "he-said, she-said" type, I mean, really destructive shit. Starting wars between rival gangs, using stolen cells to report fake bomb threats, pretending to be some priest-ly person inciting violence in churches, etc. Luckily, he doesn't do this stuff often, he's too busy with college or Hailey most of the time. When he's bored though, there's no telling what mayhem he'll try to get himself into. Goddamn sociopath.
